The spectacular Villa Ylang Ylang is located in Saba Bai, a deserted stretch of black sand beach, 15 minutes north from the popular resort town of Sanur. This beachfront property affords stunning views across the Badung Straits and sunrise over the distant Nusa Penida, one of Bali’s smaller sister islands. Sleeping up to 12 adults (6 bedrooms) this large villa is great for familys or small groups of friends.

Completed as recently as 2001, this ultra modern and stylish villa is spaciously set out around a large central swimming pool. Sea breezes cool the open living areas, while well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms offer five star comfort in a minimalist setting. Covered patios and open sun terraces help make this property an ideal indoor/outdoor experience.

The property is surrounded by tall coconut trees and the landscaped garden, dotted wiith modern sculpture, leads right down to the beach. The beach’s fine volcanic black sand is believed to have great healing properties. This is an ideal location for those who crave refined comfort and secluded style.

Main Level

Enter the villa across lily ponds to the main open living pavilion, with seating area for 12 guests, and french windows onto pool terrace. Powder room with WC and wash basin. Modern kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, toaster, mixer, cappuccino maker and coffee filter. Study/library with day bed, TV, satellite channels, VCD, VCR, CD, stereo, DVD and telescope. Music and film library, books.

Bedrooms - South Wing

The south wing has three bedrooms: Ocean-front double bedroom with king-size bed, terrace with plunge pool, TV, VCR, stereo and en-suite bath/shower, double wash basin and WC. Double bedroom with queen-size bed and adjoining doors to a twin bedroom. Both these rooms have en-suite bath/shower, WC and wash basin.

Bedrooms - North Wing

The North Wing also has three bedrooms: Ocean-front double bedroom with king-size bed, terrace with plunge pool, TV, VCR, stereo and en-suite bath, shower, WC and double wash basin. Double bedroom with queen-size bed and adjoining doors to a twin bedroom. Both these rooms have en-suite bath/shower, WC and wash basin. All the bedrooms open to the pool deck and feature draped beds, air conditioning, fans and safe drawers. Outside is a 15 x 15 metre ‘infinity’ wimming pool, showers, sun terrace and two ocean-front bales for massage.
